File containing updated posting URLs** for transaction posting. This version should be used as of 8/1/09.

**Note-if you have manually updated your URLs already, the update is not necessary.
Current version will not work without this update, you will receive an expired SSL cert on checkout. To fix this you need to update the URL that it points to gotobilling.
