1486. Shipping Prices by Order Total Request Installation with Paid service
Use This If
You want to set up shipping pricing by total order price.
For example if you want to charge:
Ground Shipping
$5 for orders over $50, and $0 for orders over $100
3 Day Select Shipping
$7 for orders over $50, and $10 for orders over $100, and $15 for orders over $150
etc...

This module can be set up for pricing with any structure following that same method

I have included:
Economy Shipping
Ground
Next Day Air
2nd Day Air
3 Day Select

Please feel free to change the names of the shipping to whatever you would like to call them.

This should be pretty quick and easy to install, it is only uploading the files to your server.

Make sure /admin/htmlarea/popups/file/ is protected from access from just anyone. From looking into the code. I think it will allow just anyone to upload files. If you dont need it just remove the directory.
