1041. All Customers Report Request Installation with Paid service
Fixed code that displays the page heading so it displays the correct one.
Removed non-standard code from mysql call.
Added newsletter option along with the code to filter by it.
Added code to enter a start/stop date.
Changed code so the report is not ran until submit is clicked. Automatically running it creates problems with sites with a large number of customers.
Made minor changes to the code for formatting and displaying an error message.

1042. no right click or select Request Installation with Paid service
If a user right clicks on any page of the catalog, even on the product image popup, then he/she is presented
with a message box saying function disabled, this is very useful to stop people from easily saving/copying
your product images. Select is also disabled, preventing users from copying/pasting text/images from the site etc...

Description:

It asks for a single password setup in login.php (you have to change it manually). This allows you to protect every page in admin folder, so you can't touch anything unless you're logged in.

Sometimes cosmetics are important. So I added the lanquage defines. Also I added the links need to access basket.php in the customers box just under the orders link.

This is a full package with dutch transation and complete instructions.
you no longer have to look customer id, added a drop down list of customers to make it easier to find order
