1001. Easy Meta tags Request Installation with Paid service
Version history:
1.0 - Basis version compatible with easy install standard osCommerce MS2.2, modified osCommerce MS2.2 and most of the purchased template based osCommerce web shops.

1.1. - Still compatible with all mentioned in v1.0 , but now install instructions have been added for shops using the STS Template system v4.

1.2 - Still compatible with all in V1.0 and V1.1 , but now its also compatible with shops using the contribution (2796) Seach Engine Friendly URL.

1.3 - Still compatible with all in v10, v1.1 and v1.2. Now 2 packages included, v1.2 very easy install and no adjustments needed but also a new v1.3 where you set the meta info for the front page individually for each and every language you use.

1.4 - same as 1.3 just with an improved html clean up function for the product meta tags.

1.5 - Now also with dynamically created meta info for product reviews info

1.6 - Now with page numbers for split category pages to prevent search engine duplicate content penalties.

1002. UPS Worldship Integration Request Installation with Paid service
Made some improvements and bug fixes. These include:

1) Remving hard-coding of the country ISO2 code (was hardcoded as US). Now countries are pulled from the db directly and read into the file.
2) Added headers to the CSV output (WorldShip requires these)
3) Added column for second address line (suite/apt number etc).

1006. Fedex Real Time Quotes Request Installation with Paid service
After installing version 2.07.1 by RoadDoctor, I ran into a strange problem - when I clicked on the "Catalog" link under the Admin panel, I got a blank page. I don't understand why this happened, but I traced the problem to the order of a few changes outlined in the 2.07.1 update ReadMe file. If you are having this problem, perhaps these instructions will help you out as well.

Changes made:

1. Changes only to catalog/admin/categories.php

2. Changed the order of p.products_ship_sep so that it is set before p.manufacturers_id

3. Added ; (semi-colon) to end of array definition. RoadDoctor's README does not have this which caused error on my server until I closed the array with ;

4. Basically, I found that I needed to leave p.manufacturers_id as the last parameter in the array. It's important to also make sure you change the tep_db_query statements or your data will be out of order.

This modification will allow the FedEx Direct shipping rates contribution to correctly calculate the shipping weight when used with the Add Weight To Product Attributes v0.1 contribution.

THIS IS ONLY FOR CARTS USING THE ADD WEIGHT TO PRODUCT ATTRIBUTES CONTRIBUTION

It's a very simple modification, consisting of only two changes to the fedex1.php file.

NOTE: This modification has been created and tested specifically for "Fedex Real Time Quotes" aka "FedEx Direct" version 2.07 only. It may work with other versions, but you should backup and test it carefully.

Not a full package. Download only contains instructions for modification.
I had problems getting this to work using Godaddy hosting, even after the Godaddy Curl fix was applied. I found if I changed the fixed Ip address to the URL of the server it resolved the problem.
In the Catalog/includes/modules/shipping/fedex1.php file I commented out the line in the Godaddy fix and added a line with the qualified url as in the attached txt file. Once done it began working.

1007. Reciprocal Links-1.0 Request Installation with Paid service
This Contribution is a simple links mod for osC2.2.
It provides a easy way to exchange links, if you want something with lots of bells & whistles look at Links Manager II.
This is writen to make the administration side easy to use, all link edits are made from a single page and any adjustments 'natural'.
ie. To change status, just click the status icon.
This features automatic site thumbnail generation.
Clients can submit links that are approved in admin, administrators can also add, edit & delete links.
An automatic process in admin can check reciprocal links, either all, individual or by category.
Links status can be modified from any manager page.
Links can be organised by category.
A local image can be used in place of the thumbshot.
Option to send automatic e-mail on link submission.
The screen shots folder has some sample page views.

Its a very easy install.

On the links page you will see a note & link to http://www.thumbshots.com, this is required for use of their thumbnail function.

This has been tested on PHP 4 & 5, SQL 4 & 5, osC 2.2 ms2, rc1 & rc2a and is register_globals off compatible.

Modifications in 3.3:

Added the option to automatically email shop owner when a link is submitted.
Removed a spurious <tr><td> from links.php (these bugs love to creap in!)
Changed back link to button image.
Replaced 'Back' on submit success screen to a 'Continue' button.
To ensure W3C validation:
Removed rel=nofollow from drop down replaced with a canonical tag
Moved a section of script
Added the option of opening links in a new page in place the default of opening within current page.

Added categories including
1.Ordering (set in admin)
2.Editing (in admin)
3.Submitter can suggest a new category or choose existing.
4.If no categories are active drop down will not appear.
5.Categories can be added on main or edit pages in admin.
6.Reciprocal links check automatically restricts to selected category.
Added option of a local image in place of thumbnail, edit mode will show both local and thumbnail images once local is added.
Images are saved to images/links, created automatically if not exists.
Fixed error in Page rank code, if no data held will now display n/a.
Added option to check a new sites page rank, useful if looking for sites to exchange with.
Added reciprocal link to main admin page for quicker checking.
Modified so links page 'pagination' will only appear if multiple pages exist.

1008. [TiM's] Safer Database Input Method Request Installation with Paid service
The instructions how to allow tags in database has been updated like the following example:

This did not work:
tep_db_input($var, false, true)

This works:
tep_db_input($var, 'db_link', true)
Protect your webshop against XSS attacks or HTML code being saved in your database with this 5 seconds modification.

This fixes the whois_online.php vulnerability.

The solution is to edit the tep_db_input() function.
