This updated version alows you to set up a ZZ zone to catch all the countries not included in your other zones. This does away with the need to include all iso_codes that the original zones.php file requires. If you set up the ZZ zone, this module will seek the rates for the ZZ zone if the delivery country code is not found in your other codes. If you do not set up a ZZ zone, it behaves as the standard zones.php module This zip file is named zones(zz).zip.
