In checkout_shipping.php Line 44, a session need to be placed to enable the check box of insurance to pass to the checkout_confirm.php. 2 Do not need the session $_SESSION['choose_insurance'] = $_POST[choose_insurance]; in checkout_confirmation.php 3 A html fix in line 374 is updated in the file. Just changed the insurance check box to show up on shipping page and not on the payment page as it was required for a site a built. Your choice obviously. Attached is the Checkout_shipping.php file so you can skip step one and just overwrite your existing Checkout_shipping.php file.
