This fixes a bug in Matt's contribution which set the default status of featured items to NO when adding/editing products.

If you had a featured item and edited it, It would automatically default and set it as not featured.

This fixes that. If already featured and you edit, it will stay as featured. If not featured, it will stay not featured.

I too like Matt was annoyed by always having to click on the not featured button all the time when adding new products. haha
