Insert the SQL file into your database to update rates. NOT COMPLETE PACKAGE. This module screws up shipping for any other countries that you may use other than Norway. The Zone filter is missing in admin, and as a result of that the Posten På Døren module is active for all countries. When a customer outside Norway tries to checkout, he will get a database error message since the module depends on country id checking. I modified it to show the zone filter in the admin panel, and even if I stoped the module from beeing accessable to other countries. it wouldn't show for Norwegian customers either, so I couldn't get this to work at all... If someone is a master in programming, please give this one a try.
