This document describes how to install and get started with Compare Products Module.

Installation

What other software must be installed first?

Before you can install this product, you must obtain access to a web server with the following:

• PHP 4.x+ with:
• GD Library
• The Apache Webserver
• MySQL database
• The Linux / Unix Operating System
• CRE Loaded 6.2

How do I install CRE Loaded Compare Products: Module?

Please follow these steps:

1. Upload all files under catalog directory to your web server


2. Open templates/content/product_info.tpl.php file, after

   add

3. At admin control panel, go to "Design Controls" -> Infobox -> Infobox Configure, click "install" button at the right bottomn of this page.
   Then fill the input fields as fallow:
   a. select "compare_products.php" at the "Filename" dropdown list box.
   b. "The infoBox heading" --> "Compare Products".
   c. "Define key" --> "BOX_HEADING_COMPARE_PRODUCTS".
   d. "Set this box Active?" --> "yes".
   e. "Header Font Color" --> "#FFFFFF".
   And then click "install" button.

How can I uninstall CRE Loaded : Compare Products Module?

  1. At admin control panel, go to "Design Controls" -> Infobox -> Infobox Configure, choose "Compare Products" item and then click "remove" button at the right bottomn of this page.
  2. Change all modified files back.
